Jeff Parker constructed our contemporary 5,000-square-foot residence on Merritt Island between 2022 and 2023. The house was erected on a lot located on South Tropical Trail, which had never previously contained a dwelling, resulting in an extended lead time for obtaining the requisite permits. Throughout the construction process, Mr. Parker provided exemplary oversight, meticulously planning and scheduling each phase. He was present at the job site daily and ensured his presence during all critical installations to provide supervision. The subcontractors engaged in the project were all exceptional, each having collaborated with Mr. Parker for numerous years. Mr. Parker consistently demonstrated responsiveness in his communications with both myself and my wife.
